P/S: Do let us know whether you need the Constitution for your new Company (formerly known as Memorandum and Articles of Association [“M&A”])?

(Note: For your information, Constitution is normally needed for a situation where your Company needs only Simple Majority (i.e. >51% vote) of directors to sign on the resolutions whereas if without the Constitution, All directors have to sign on the resolutions or needed when you tender government projects, etc. There will be additional RM400 if opt for Company’s Constitution)
